RETURN AND REFUNDS

PROCISION RAMPS offers a 30-day return policy on most items. Modular Ramps that require Freight shipping are not returnable. All returned items must be shipped in their original package and should be clean, unused and undamaged. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back.

Please note that the original shipping cost for all returning items is non-refundable as that service has already been performed.

Be prepared to answer these questions Prior to Initiating a RETURN.

  • Did the item arrive in acceptable condition?
  • Photo documentation of the product and/or packaging?
  • Do you have the original packaging? And if so, will the original packaging be sufficient to repack the item and send it back without damage?
  • Did you use the item, and if so, was the item damaged during usage? If the item was damaged during usage, no return will be initiated.
  • Photos are required prior to an RMA being issued to protect both parties should the item be damaged in shipping.

Refunds do not cover warranty issues, and products that have been modified in any way are not eligible for a refund and they void the warranty. 

Refunds are rewarded only to items that have arrive back in their original packaging in meant condition. If you choose to pay to send the item back and it arrives in an unacceptable condition, no refund will be issued.

We photograph return packages as they arrive, as part of our standard Returns process and recommend you do so before shipping.

Return Instructions

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the steps below:.

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#.) Note that photos are required before a return will be authorized, to protect both parties. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.
  2. *Customer service hours are 9:00am - 4pm Mon-Thurs, and 9 am to 3:00pm Fri PST.
  3. Take Photos of the Product Before Shipping. This allows us to confirm that the product arrives in the same state you shipped it.
  4. Package the Item for Shipping. We recommend this is done in the exact manner you received it given it arrived to you correctly in the first place.
  5. Take Photos of the Packaged Product Prior to Shipping. This allows us to confirm that no damage occurs to the packaging in transit.
  6. Ship the Package Back to Us. Ship the item with a reputable shipping company that will provide you with tracking and insurance for your shipment. You must provide us with a tracking number or your merchandise might not be identified and a refund may be delayed or foregone. Add your RMA number on the Shipping Label Notes.
  7. Email Your Tracking Number and Photos. The tracking number will be used to confirm that your package arrives and prevent delays in the returns process.
  8. Wait to Receive Your Refund. You will be credited within 10 business days after we receive your item and inspect it. If the item is found to be unused and in good working order we will issue a refund of the item price back to the original form of payment minus a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you are doing an exchange. Please note shipping costs are  non-refundable, as the shipping service has already been performed.

Return Restrictions

We have two classifications of products with regard to refunds.

Refundable Products that ship with standard shipping services. These are products from collections Entry Mats, Loading Ramps, Threshold Ramps, Portable Ramps,

Non-Refundable which ship with LTL and Freight carriers. These are products in the Houshold Ramps and industrial Ramps collections.

PROCISION RAMPS reserves the right to modify this policy, at any time.

Restriction Definitions

  • Non-refundable/non-returnable: The sale is final. The product is not eligible for a full or partial refund. Due to the nature of the product and/or the potential for damage during shipping, the customer must dispose of the product at their discretion instead of shipping it back to us.
  • Non-refundable: The sale is final. Even if the product is returned to us, it is not eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Non-returnable: The product is eligible for a full or partial refund but the conditions of our Returns Policy (as stated above) are not met. Due to the nature of the product and/or the potential for damage during shipping, the customer must dispose of the product at their discretion instead of shipping it back to us.
